Lasagna Stew

1lb  mild Italian sausage
3cloves  garlic, minced
1 C   onion, chopped
2 C   zucchini, chopped
26oz jar spaghetti sauce
4 C  beef broth
1 C  water
frozen leftover lasagna (I used 1/2 of a family sized Stouffers)
2 t  basil

Cook sausage until no longer pink, add onions & garlic. Add spaghetti sauce, broth & water - bring to a boil. Add leftover lasagna and zucchini. Simmer 5-10 minutes until zuchinni is tender and lasagna is hot.

**I frozen my leftover lasagna until I was ready for soup. You can add extra noodles depending on how much lasagna you have leftover.
