Salmon Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze

Salmon filet
salt and pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
1T fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Salt and pepper salmon and put in a 13x9 pan. Mix together glaze, pour glaze over salmon. Broil on one side, flip and spoon glaze over new side. Broil for another few minutes.
