Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients
11⁄2 c
low-fat milk
1 c
wheat berries
2 tbsp
canola oil
2 lg
eggs
2 tbsp
granulated sugar
1 tbsp
baking powder
1⁄2 tsp
kosher salt
Add milk and wheat to blender and mix for 2 cycles on "9". Add reamining ingredients and pulse till combined. Cook on hot griddle.
